    Jewelry tends to wear over time, these are simply the effects of wear and tear from everyday use. To ensure their longevity, we recommend a few tips to apply on a daily basis, for all your jewelry:

    Avoid the main enemies of your jewellery: water, shocks and perspiration .

    To do this, avoid household, chemical and cosmetic products by removing your jewellery:
    • when you sleep
    • when you wash your hands, take showers or baths
    • when you do the dishes, housework, gardening
    • when you sports, when it is very hot
    • at the beach, at the sea, at the swimming pool

    Store your jewelry in the evening in an individual pouch.
    When you travel, also remember to take a pouch per jewel so that they do not get scratched during transport.

  • Shipping

    Custom items take 2-4 weeks to be made. Please be patient as we are dedicated to fulfilling your order as quickly as possible.

    Our items are worked as they come, and handling time is within 2-4 days. As each item is handmade, please allow time for processing and then the shipping times.

    Other items take 10-14 days for delivery

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

    Please take into consideration the timing of your orders being placed.

  • Returns

    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
